Three big benefits
What this bond delivers for Savanna families
More classrooms
The proposed elementary is planned with about 10,510 gross square feet of floor layout, including nine general classrooms (about 649–679 SF each) and two special-education classrooms (about 324–338 SF each).
Community storm shelter
A storm shelter of about 3,540 gross square feet is planned for the school and community during severe weather, with schematic occupancy guidance of about five square feet per person.
First-time gym air conditioning
The gym is planned with air conditioning for the first time, making PE, assemblies, and community events more comfortable year-round.

Still useful reference
Plans, tax figures, and condition records on this site remain the reference materials for the proposed elementary. The building’s documented condition did not change because the proposition did not pass.
